- Coordinate with consultants for support, including proposals, approvals, payments, and monitoring.
- Send product overviews and company profiles to prospective clients.
- Conduct initial qualification and follow-up of leads from marketing activities, referrals, events, and other sources.
- Act as custodian for departmental documents, including preparing quotations and maintaining records of sales and after-sales accounts.
- Assist with lead inquiries, report preparation, group demonstrations, and event engagements.
- Maintain the schedule of Consultants and coordinate demonstration appointments, client meetings, and schedule changes with prospects.
- Cold call leads and answer sales inquiries via email or phone.
- Assist Consultants during product demonstrations, client meetings, and presentations when needed.
- Coordinate the processing and proper handover of documents for closed sales to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support sales events, seminars, webinars, and other marketing activities.
- Perform any other duties as required by the company.
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Marketing, or Mass Communications.
- Sales experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
- Excellent English and Filipino communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and data recording.
- Organized, multitasking ability, and can perform under pressure.
- Fresh graduates of Sales and Marketing are encouraged to apply.
