- Create and update knowledge base articles, user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Research information from support cases and internal resources to develop accurate documentation.
- Organize and maintain knowledge base content for easy access and usability.
- Learn software support, issue analysis, and troubleshooting through hands-on training.
- Document issue reproduction steps, test results, and technical findings.
- Participate in product training, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Perform other documentation and knowledge management tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related program.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized in documenting processes and issues.
- Able to research, document, and solve problems clearly and effectively.
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Willing to learn new software applications, business processes, and technical concepts.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with business software, accounting systems, SaaS applications, or technical documentation is an advantage but not required.
