Quality Assurance Analyst  

- Proactively identify complex system usability issues and work to create solutions.

- Offer preventive measures to reduce the chances of errors and bugs, paired with corrective actions of the errors.

- Formulate and document system design specifications for both functional and interface enhancements, changes or corrections.

- Help in conducting product development research for essential features.

- Test execution of different testing phases, such as System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Usability Testing, and Production Release Testing.

- Communicate with other testing groups to ensure a common understanding of tests performed and their results.

- Create system functional and technical documentations and video materials.

- Perform any expressed or implied duties required by the company.

• Exposure to Agile or structured software development environments, including sprint activities, daily standups, and requirements or testing reviews.
• Exposure to manual testing and/or test automation concepts.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools, AIassisted testing tools, or related technologies.
• Knowledge of programming, scripting, lowcode/no-code platforms, or AI-assisted application development is a plus.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and product enhancements.
