- Provide functional and technical support to the Implementation team, including system installation, database setup, data migration/importation, troubleshooting, customizing forms and reports, and resolving general system queries and issues
- Record and update account-related information in the company ticketing system.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to support the delivery of system solutions.
- Create technical documentation (i.e., knowledge-based and work items) ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Attend internal meetings and give updates on tasks and deliverables
- Maintain implementation data, including meeting minutes and surveys
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to methodology enhancement
- Perform any other duties required by the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Open to candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with database setup, management, and technical documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with local and international teams
- Experience in system implementation, customer support, or related fields is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
