Responsibilities:
Resoponsible for managing Japan Company customers in Indonesia by maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling complaints and negotiations, conducting market surveys, and expanding customer coverage to boost sales and market share.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree (S1/D4) in Japanese Literature, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, customer relations, and working with Japanese companies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn how to build professional relationships
- Basic analytical thinking and willingness to explore market information
- Experience in Japanese-related activities (e.g., student exchange, competition, organization) is a plus
- Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N2 preferred) and English, both spoken and written.
