- Menyusun, mengembangkan, dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan, prosedur, serta program kerja HRGA untuk mendukung efektivitas operasional perusahaan.
- Mengelola proses rekrutmen, pengembangan karyawan, manajemen kinerja, kompensasi dan benefit, serta perencanaan suksesi dan pengembangan organisasi.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan, hubungan industrial, serta kebijakan internal perusahaan.
- Mengelola fungsi General Affairs, termasuk pengelolaan aset, fasilitas, perizinan, keamanan, kendaraan operasional, pengadaan barang dan jasa, serta hubungan dengan vendor.
- Mengembangkan budaya kerja yang positif, meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan (employee engagement), serta mendukung implementasi nilai-nilai perusahaan.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Manajemen, Hukum, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Manager HRGA.
- Memahami seluruh fungsi Human Resources, meliputi rekrutmen, pengembangan organisasi, manajemen kinerja, kompensasi dan benefit, hubungan industrial, administrasi kepegawaian, serta pengembangan SDM.
- Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan, perizinan perusahaan, serta regulasi yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan operasional perusahaan.
- Berpengalaman dalam menyusun, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi kebijakan, SOP, serta program kerja HRGA.
- Memiliki kemampuan memimpin tim, mengelola perubahan, serta membangun budaya kerja yang positif dan produktif.
- Mampu mengelola fungsi General Affairs, termasuk pengelolaan aset, fasilitas, vendor, pengadaan, keamanan, dan operasional kantor.
