- Melakukan follow up melalui email maupun melalui telepon laporan medis pasien dan hasil-hasil pemeriksaan penunjang medis
- Melakukan Analisa Klaim
- Mengambil keputusan sebagai hasil analisa klaim
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim medical advisor
- Membuat surat jaminan, surat penolakan, atau surat Investigasi Membuat reporting
- Melakukan Verifikasi dokumen Klaim
- Menginput hasil analisa klaim kedalam aplikasi
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal. pendidikan S1/ D3 Keperawatan ( Wajib )
- Mengerti produk asuransi kesehatan
- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Perawat Rumah Sakit
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar tentang teori Penyakit dan Pengobatan.
- Memiliki kemampuan Analisa yang baik
- Dapat mengopersikan Microsoft Office
- Bersedia bekerja secara SHIFT
- Bersedia penempatan di Jakarta Selatan ( Sudirman )
