1. Production Planning & Execution
- Develop and optimize monthly/weekly production schedules based on CKD arrival and sales demand.
- Monitor OEE, labor utilization, and capacity ramp-up to meet output targets.
2. Shop Floor Management
- Implement SOPs, 5S, and safety protocols; resolve line stoppages (e.g., mulfunction, material shortage).
- Coordinate 3rd-party resources (manpower, materials, equipment).
3. Cost & Performance Control
- Analyze production costs (labor, waste, energy) and propose improvement plans.
- Train and evaluate local teams to enhance efficiency.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align with China supply chain on production progress and issues.
- Work with QA to address process defects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
- 3+ years in motorcycle/auto/electromechanical production (Lean/TPM experience).
- Experience in managing 3rd-party manufacturers.
- Proficient in MES, Excel, Power BI.
- Languages: Native Bahasa Indonesia, fluent English (written/spoken).
