Team Leader SRE & DevOps  

- Define the vision and strategy for SRE and DevOps, aligning with organizational objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate SRE and DevOps teams to adopt best practices and deliver results
- Oversee training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team
- Make a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages skill development and innovation
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance and incident management
- Lead incident response efforts, minimizing Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) and conducting root cause analyses
- Drive automation to reduce toil
- Oversee the design and implementation reliable system
- Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven operations, serverless) to enhance system performance

- Minimum a Bachelor degree in a reputable university in relevant major
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
- 3–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, software engineering, or systems administration
- Have high work motivation, willingness to learn new things, can convey technical and non-technical problems well
- Proficiency in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Go, Java) for automation and tooling
- Deep knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud platforms
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to balance reliability and innovation
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and organizational needs
- Have a software engineering and automation first mindset
