- Support management with operational tasks and monitoring office administration
- Facilitate clear communication between management and internal teams to support efficient business operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with employees regarding company matters, schedules, meetings, and internal processes.
- Review company legal documents and business-related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with external parties such as vendors, partners, government offices, and service providers when needed.
- Monitor and follow up on approvals, signatures, and document submissions.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Secretary, Management, Law, or related degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Secretary, Personal Assistant, or related role
- Strong administration, organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company matters with professionalism and discretion.
