- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead on industry trends and competition.
- Develop and execute strategies to proactively hunt for potential clients, identifying their needs and preferences
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients through networking, cold-calling, and other outreach efforts.
- Create high-quality proposals tailored to each client’s unique requirements and offer customized solutions that highlights our expertise and captivate clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure high-level of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and ongoing support
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business development or Sales
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Excellent analytical skills to capture client’s needs, preference, and goals and translate into tailored solutions
- Ability to create persuasive, customized business proposals
- Confident and polished presenter with a professional presence that engages and captivates clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
- Capable of handling multiple clients while keeping project timelines on track
