Manage all development processes within the dealership product team:
Facilitating agile C SAFe events
Monitors team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Actively control the quality of products itself that is managed by the product team
Removing Impediments C Enhancing Productivity
Identify and remove blockers that slow down the team (dependencies, resource issues).
Work with other Scrum Masters, RTE, UH, and management to resolve cross-team challenges.
Encouraging Team Collaboration C Self-Organization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, while a Master’s degree (S2) in IT Management or related disciplines is an advantage. Minimum GPA requirement is 3.00/4.00.
