- Support daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational documents, records, and reports.
- Assist with Export-Import (EXIM) activities, including document preparation, shipment coordination, and tracking when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties regarding operational and administrative matters.
- Assist in preparing and checking documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other related paperwork.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good English skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) & familiar with Editing tools (Canva/Adobe)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
