- Memproses registrasi dengan cepat dan akurat
- Menangani proses registrasi serta dispute dari merchant & stakeholder
- Memantau berbagai channel komunikasi dan memberikan respons yang tepat waktu
- Melakukan data entry serta melaporkan kendala teknis/system
- Menangani administrasi akun partner, seperti perubahan informasi dan credit top-up
- Mendukung pekerjaan ad-hoc seperti market research dan service quality audit
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan merchant dan stakeholder
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal D3 dari semua jurusan, dengan IPK minimal 2,75.
- Fresh graduate hingga maksimal 2 tahun pengalaman di bidang data entry.
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar Microsoft Excel dan Google Sheets.
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis, teliti, dan komunikatif.
- Mampu menulis dalam Bahasa Inggris serta memiliki kemampuan dasar Bahasa Inggris lisan.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan dalam lingkungan yang dinamis.
