Role Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications. This role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement to guarantee applications consistently meet user needs with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, resolve incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective solutions with detailed reporting.
• Provide feedback from application assessments and contribute to test planning for implemented fixes.
• Optimize application performance through log/metric retention tuning and capacity management.
• Update dashboards and alerts to align with operational requirements.
• Ensure the quality of all deliverables.
• Perform routine backup verification and log rotation.
• Support data migration processes when required.
• Develop test strategies, design test scenarios, and provide input for application testing plans.
• Execute application testing to ensure readiness for user acceptance testing with high-quality outcomes.
• Prepare technical documentation after maintenance activities.
• Compile daily incident reports and weekly summaries as deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1).
• Proven experience in application maintenance using ELK Stack and Grafana Stack.
• Background in technical support with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in system observability, monitoring best practices, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills to collaborate across teams and provide actionable insights.
