Job Description

Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner.
Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements, and resource planning
Manage month-end and year-end closings
Overseeing daily transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable
Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Preparation of Commission Report for payout
Ensuring payroll is accurate and disbursed in a timely manner
Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulations and as well as the regulatory bodies
Helps monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
Organizing financial data into valuable information and also maintaining updated records

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
With at least 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
With strong background in Taxation and Financial reporting
With background in payroll is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
Additional certification (e.g. CPA) is a plus
Willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
