As part of the Integration Testing team you will lead the development and implementation of integration testing strategies for complex systems. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team, đảm bảo project success while maintaining top standards and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of integration testing strategies for intricate systems
• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and uphold quality standards
• Provide guidance in integration automation testing and defect identification
• Confirm adherence to recommended methodologies in testing processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and propose enhancements
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations
• Utilize analytical skills to assess testing outcomes and drive impactful solutions

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 to 11 years of experience in integration testing
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Ability to create and execute complex SQL queries for data validation
• Skilled in debugging and diagnosing integration issues across platforms
• Experience in data integration and ETL processes
• Understanding of various integration architectures
• Prior experience in leading test teams or projects
• Certifications in testing methodologies or tools (ISEB/ISTQB)
