Job Summary

As a Salesforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions that drive client success. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to guide clients through complex business challenges while fostering productive teams that deliver exceptional results. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical acumen, engage in business development activities, and stay at the forefront of Salesforce leading practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of innovative Salesforce solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex business issues
  • Foster and develop productive teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Enhance technical knowledge and stay updated on Salesforce industry practices

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 to 15 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Proven experience solutioning complex Salesforce and nCino solutions
  • Leading and facilitating client conversations
  • Understanding client needs from a holistic standpoint
  • Experience with deployment pipelines
  • Completing code reviews and supporting production deployments
  • Prioritizing client and user experience in solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds
  • Building SQL and SOQL queries
  • Proactively managing a team and business development activities
