Job Description
Role Summary
The role will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market.
Reporting
This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of their business needs. Formulate and recommend recruitment strategies that will support the achievement of these needs
- Sources potential candidates with the use of traditional and/or non-traditional recruitment channels
- Conducts initial assessment of candidates based on predetermined standards
- Helps drive end to end recruitment process to ensure staffing needs are met
- Ensure that reports and databases of the teams is updated on a real time basis
- Prepares job offer and endorses identified hires to Onboarding team
- Use data and analytics to shape strategy and make informed recruitment decisions
- Understand top talent in the market, and able to attract and hold their attention to build candidate pipeline
- Acts as a brand ambassador in various company events to engage candidates
- Provide operational support to Talent Acquisition Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor level degree preferable in a field related to Human Resources of equivalent
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the role of Recruitment
- Preferably with experience in volume hiring
- With in-depth knowledge on candidate selection methods
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- Experienced in various sourcing strategies, HR systems, and reporting
