Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across multiple sales channels, including retail, food service, and distribution.
The role focuses on expanding PL Aguila Manufacturing Inc.’s market footprint by prospecting new clients, opening emerging channels, and building strategic partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth. The BDM plays a pivotal role in developing new customer segments, business models, and partnership ventures, ensuring alignment with company goals on innovation, profitability, and market expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- BS in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and/or Chemical Engineering.
- Training:
- GMP, HACCP and experience in FSSC is an advantage
Skills:
- Knowledgeable in microbiological testing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in quality assurance and/or research and development.
