Client Solutions Specialist Real Estate  

Key Responsibilities
● Engage and assist potential buyers through various channels (inquiries, site visits, events)
● Present residential property options clearly and professionally based on client needs
● Conduct property tours, explain features, pricing, and payment options
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
● Manage client documentation and coordinate with internal teams for processing
● Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management or sales system
● Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
● Represent Phinma Properties professionally at sales events and site activations

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or completion of at least 72 CPD units;
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Bancassurance, Telco or Hospitality;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to conduct professional presentations and trippings (site viewings) to showcase the long-term value of the property;
