Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
- Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align hiring requirements and specifications
- Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, social media, etc.
- Does paper screening and conducts interviews
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Complete pre-employment requirements and other necessary administrative matters for new hires
- Is a brand ambassador of the company
- Manage internship and management training programs (co-project with OD)
- Keeps an up-to-date employment legislation and regulations and enforces them within the company
- Provide recruitment reports through recruitment dashboards
Performance Management:
- Align the performance management system with business strategy and continuously improve processes to develop a performance appraisal system
- Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management and enforce the performance cycle
- Establish a mechanism to reflect the cascaded individual objectives in the performance appraisal
- Identify below/poor performers and work closely with their direct supervisor to identify development plans and areas for improvement
- Oversee the implementation of key performance measures, core competencies and core values into the performance appraisal system
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on the performance management framework.
- Research best practices in human performance, and design and develop a tailored performance management system
- Coordinates with Training and Career Succession team
Others:
- Manages budget for both recruitment and performance management
Minimum Qualifications
Experience:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience; excellent industry awareness and understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and performance management evaluation needs of the organization
Technical Skills:
- Targeted selection competencies
- Ability to create KPIs, KRAs, and OKRs
- Ability to analyze and develop innovative and business-focused solutions that take account of the employee’s needs
- Ability to develop structured processes, policies and procedures that support goal achievement
- A good working knowledge in ATS and HRIS especially with performance management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
