The Office Staff for Accounting and Finance supports the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company. This role assists in record-keeping, documentation, and coordination to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and financial documents
- Encode and update financial data such as invoices, receipts, and expenses
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Organize and file accounting and finance-related documents
- Assist in bank transactions, reconciliations, and petty cash monitoring
- Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and financial concerns
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course (or at least with relevant experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team Player
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
