Accounting Supervisor  

• Prepare, review, and maintain accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including billing, collections, and disbursements
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• File tax compliance requirements, including preparation, submission, and payment of VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other statutory taxes.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations; ensure company compliance with BIR and other government agencies.
• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff in recording transactions and preparing reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, and other financial records.
• Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Support external and internal audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and records (ERP/accounting software).
• Monitor cash flow, review expense reports, and process reimbursements.
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.
• Prepare and submit required accounting reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to management and the General Manager (e.g., financial statements, cash flow reports, expense analyses, and other relevant summaries).
• Assist management in financial planning, investment analysis, and budget monitoring.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in accounting or finance, including tax filing and reporting responsibilities.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR e-filing systems, and statutory compliance.
• Certifications (optional but advantageous): CPA, bookkeeping, or tax certification.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems, spreadsheets, and office management tools.
