- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software, products, and systems.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, usability, performance, security, and compatibility testing.
- Utilize different tools and techniques to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with developers to identify and separate components for testing, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Ensure that all testing activities are documented and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of products and systems throughout the development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency / Knowledge in automation testing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
