What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our ERP implementation projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to turn business challenges into automated solutions. You’ll play a critical role in helping businesses achieve their goals through technology.

Be the Bridge Between Business and Tech:

• Partner with the Project Manager to keep projects on track.
• Ensure client needs are met every step of the way, from discovery to go-live.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to document processes clearly and accurately.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or SaaS solutions is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, flowcharting software like Figma, or similar tools is an advantage.
