Social Creative  

• While usually the social creative/creator creative will be working alongside other creatives, they’re able, when necessary, to create and produce social video content on their own
• Know social (platforms, specs, trends) without needed a listening report or a reminder of best practices from Meta – they know these things intuitively
• Convince clients and internal stakeholders that their proposed ideas and content are on brief and fit for platform
• Have a strong understanding of brands – how big ideas and distinctive brand assets work and are critical for building a social brand

This role will be key in transforming the brand's social work by ideating and creating, as well as selling, always-on social content.

Creative Vision: Ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for social media content that aligns with brand strategy.

Content Creation Expertise: Proven skills in writing compelling copy, designing visually appealing graphics, and producing engaging video content for various social media platforms.

Strategic Thinking: Understanding of social media marketing principles, including audience targeting, content planning, and performance measurement.

Communication & Persuasion: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and gain buy-in from stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools, design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing social media trends and technologies.

Experience: Mid/Junior level experience in social media marketing or a related field (candidates should possess a creative skillset comparable to a Senior Art Director or Copywriter).
