HR Reliever  

About the Role:

The HR Assistant (Reliever) provides day-to-day support to the Human Resources team by coordinating manpower requirements, assisting in the recruitment of direct hires, facilitating employee onboarding, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures timely execution of HR processes while maintaining accurate documentation and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment, employee engagement, or HR operations.
• Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
• Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
• HR Account system handling
