GH Horticulturist  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct farm visits to build relationships with Partner Farms and collect vital agronomic data
• Maintain and improve farm records to support accurate supply forecasting
• Visualize data into crop calendars, succession schedules, and yield projections
• Research and assess crop variety performance in controlled-environment setups
• Investigate post-harvest treatment and storage methods to enhance quality and shelf
• Work cross-functionally to support production, packaging, and dispatch operations

GH Horticulturist (Itogon, Benguet)
Location: Itogon Benguet City | Industry: Agri-Tech / Controlled-Environment Agriculture

About the Role:
We’re looking for an Agronomist with strong data and research skills to support our partner farms and internal operations. You’ll play a critical role in gathering field data, optimizing crop performance, and improving post-harvest processes for high-quality produce. life

Qualifications:

• Preferably has a Degree in Agriculture, Crop Sciences, or Agronomy (specialization in production horticulture preferred)
• With 2-3+ years background in crop husbandry, crop protection, or controlled-environment farming (e.g., greenhouse, vertical farming)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Amenable to work or relocate onsite in Itogon Benguet
