Company Truck Driver  

Job Description:

The Company Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company personnel, documents, products, and other assigned items to designated locations. The role also involves ensuring the proper maintenance and safe operation of the assigned company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and drive company vehicles to assigned destinations.
- Transport employees, documents, products, equipment, and other company-related items as required.
- Perform deliveries within Metro Manila and nearby provinces/out-of-town locations.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of assigned items.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of vehicle mechanical and electrical concerns.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Report vehicle defects, maintenance requirements, accidents, or other concerns immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all traffic rules, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Assist with other company-related tasks and errands as assigned.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including Day, Mid, and Night Shifts.
- Willing to work on varying days off depending on operational requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes A, A1, B, B1, and B2.
- With a good driving record and good moral character.
- With 2–5 years of relevant driving/delivery experience.
- Experienced in driving different types of vehicles covered by the applicant's license restrictions.
- With basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Metro Manila, nearby provinces, and other delivery locations outside Metro Manila.
- Preferably with good communication skills.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
- Must have good time-management and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willing to work on different scheduled rest days.
- TESDA NC II certification is an advantage.
