Farm Technician  

• Familiar in handling equipment such as but not limited to motor controller, pumps, lighting controller, temperature monitoring devices (thermometers), air conditioning units, timers and various warehouse and production equipment.
• Willing to learn how to handle, maintain and troubleshoot new equipment.
• Able to consistently perform preventive maintenance for all farm, warehouse and production equipment.
• Capable in performing basic electrical works such as splicing, troubleshooting, termination and testing.
• Skilled in performing various civil, mechanical, and plumbing works.
• Able to travel or be assigned to various sites (Site 1, Site 2 and GA). Quezon City and Taguig.
• Have a Safety First attitude.
• Able to work on weekends, holidays, and a shifting schedule (reliever).
• Must be willing to undertake additional duties as assigned to meet operational goals.

Technical/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology (or equivalent)

At least 2–3 years of experience in equipment or facility maintenance

Knowledge in electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance

Experience in warehouse or production equipment maintenance

Knowledge in temperature monitoring systems and basic refrigeration troubleshooting

Can operate and maintain vacuum sealers, ozone machines, chillers, and similar equipment

Skilled in minor carpentry, plumbing, and painting

Physically fit for hands-on maintenance work

Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

Flexible for urgent on-site tasks at farm locations

Can drive; motorcycle is an advantage

Willing to work in Quezon City and Taguig City (roving set-up) with overtime when needed
