Sales Representative  

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive with strong connections in the Horeca industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering). The role focuses on acquiring clients, managing accounts, and promoting high-quality fresh produce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Acquisition & Business Development

• Identify and acquire new Horeca clients
• Conduct field visits, product presentations, and menu requirement discussions
• Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

2. Account Management

• Manage and grow assigned accounts
• Build strong relationships with chefs, purchasing teams, and F&B managers
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics for on-time deliveries
• Address customer concerns promptly

3. Product Knowledge & Quality Assurance

• Maintain knowledge of vegetable varieties, seasonality, and handling
• Provide clients with product guidance and usage recommendations
• Ensure product freshness and quality during client visits
• Stay updated on food safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field are welcome to apply!
• Preferably with atleast 1–3 years sales experience in horeca, Food Service, FMCG, or Agriculture field
• Has existing network or experience dealing with chefs, restaurants, hotels, or food distributors (advantage)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
• Must be flurnt in English and Filipino
