Content Manager  

1. Content Management for Brand Account

• Total of _____ standard feed content and____ reel per month
• Coordinate with the editorial team for the monthly outline of topics
• Manage content plans and make sure they are organized and up to date
• Collaborate with the Account Manager, Project Manager, and other team members for day-to-day coordination via NGP communication channels
• Collaborate with outsourced suppliers for all content executions using NGP pool of suppliers (including but not limited to copywriters, graphic artists, content creators, and other suppliers)
• Give clear and precise briefings, and effectively communicate content directions, revisions, and other client requests
• Make sure all outputs are submitted on time
• Support in administrative tasks related to content development (ie. budgeting of fees of content suppliers, booking creators, and other logistics)
• Be guided by NGP’s content management SOPs and workflows, including quality assurance, timelines, and more
• Monthly reports

2. Content Management for TikTok Pages

• Total of ____ TikTok outputs per month, per TikTok page
• Lead monthly content ideation (___ x per month)
• Manage content plans and make sure they are organized and up to date
• Content copywriting
• Collaborate with the Digital Community and Content Manager, Project Manager and other team members for day-to-day coordination via NGP communication channels
• Collaborate with outsourced suppliers for all content executions using NGP pool of suppliers (including but not limited to copywriters, graphic artists, content creators, and other suppliers)
  • Give clear and precise briefings, and effectively communicate content directions, revisions, and other client requests
  • Make sure all outputs are submitted on time
• Support in administrative tasks related to content development (ie. booking creators, shoot schedules, and other logistics)
• Join and manage on-site shoots for Tiktoks/ Reels
• Join client meetings, as needed (limited client interface)
• Be guided by NGP’s content management SOPs and workflows, including quality assurance, timelines, and more

• Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or other related courses
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media
• Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic group of people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Filipino)
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics
• Strong drive to make things happen
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Digital media savvy
