- Assist in creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand user requirements.
- Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly interface designs.
- Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms.
- Create UI assets, icons, illustrations, and design components following established design systems.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's design system.
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
- Participate in design reviews and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
