Financial Planning and Analysis Manager  

We're looking for a Manager, Strategic Finance / FP&A to be a hands-on partner to the business. In Monde Nissin, you'll own core planning and analysis, build the financial models behind key decisions, and partner with commercial and operational teams to turn data into insight that protects and grows topline and margin.

This role requires taking on team leadership, broader strategic work stretch across analytics, cost, risk, and strategy with real ownership and more senior leadership exposure

What You'll Do:

Hands-on Analysis and Modelling

• Build and maintain the financial models behind key business and strategic decisions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting, with clear variance analysis and commercial commentary
• Run scenario and sensitivity analysis to help leaders weigh options

Business Partnering and Value Creation

• Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify opportunities to improve margin, cash, and growth
• Act as a trusted analytical partner — helping the business understand its numbers and make better decisions

Data Analytics and Insight

• Turn data from across the business (volume/price/mix, trade spend, channel and customer P&Ls, COGS) into clear, decision-ready insight
• Build and improve KPIs and dashboards that give leadership visibility into performance drivers

Cost & Efficiency

• Support the cost agenda across COGS, trade spend, overheads, and working capital
• Help build business cases and track delivery of cost and productivity initiatives

Risk Awareness & Mitigation

• Help identify and quantify financial and commercial risks (input costs, pricing, customer concentration, trade deductions, demand volatility)
• Strengthen forecasting rigor so risks are surfaced early

Supporting the Wider Finance Agenda

• Contribute analysis to leadership, board, and investor materials
• Support the shareholder-value narrative by helping connect operating performance to margin, returns, and cash
• Leading and developing a team of FP&A analysts and specialists
• Owning the modeling and analytics behind the most critical strategic decisions
• Growing exposure to M&A / JV analysis — strategic fit, valuation, and synergies
• Taking on more of the investor relations and shareholder-value narrative

• 6+ years of FP&A, commercial, or strategic finance experience, ideally within FMCG / CPG / food & beverage

• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; comfortable building analyses from scratch

• Good working grasp of FMCG economics: gross-to-net, trade spend, volume/price/mix, channel/customer profitability, and COGS

• Experience with BI tools and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau); exposure to syndicated data (Nielsen RTA) a plus

• Strong communication and partnering skills; able to explain finance clearly to non-finance colleagues

• Ambition and appetite to grow into people leadership and broader strategic work

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CPA and CFA progress is preferred.
