- Design and develop semantic models, analytical models, and data views within SAP Datasphere Data Builder to support enterprise reporting and analytics requirements.
- Configure and manage data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and harmonizing data from multiple source systems.
- Enable self-service business intelligence by integrating SAP Datasphere with reporting and analytics platforms, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and the SAC Excel Add-in.
- Develop and optimize SAP Datasphere queries and data models for SAC reporting and visualization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and facilitate workshops and design sessions where needed.
- Provide ongoing support, administration, and maintenance of enterprise analytics platforms, including SAP Business Warehouse (BW), while supporting the organization's transition to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) particularly SAP Datasphere.
- Monitor and maintain BW/BI operational processes, including process chain monitoring, job management, incident investigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Deliver day-to-day application support and sustainment services, addressing end-user inquiries and resolving reporting and analytics-related issues in a timely manner.
- Implement minor enhancements or bug fixes to existing BI/BW solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, infrastructure, application support, and SAP functional teams, to resolve incidents, service requests, and system-related challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong SQL development and programming skills, with the ability to write, optimize models/dataflows and complex queries for reporting and analytics solutions.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data modeling, and ETL/ELT methodologies, including data integration, transformation, and quality management.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) into scalable data models, analytics solutions, and data products t
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC); hands-on experience or formal training in SAP Datasphere is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC, SAP BW or SAP BW/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including dashboard design, report development, and analytics consumption, is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of assignments and deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, effectively managing multiple priorities, ambiguity, and changing business requirements.
- Self-motivated learner with a passion for continuous improvement and professional development in analytics, reporting, data visualization, data engineering, and emerging data technologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
