- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Design responsive and adaptive interfaces that provide a seamless experience across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Support the design handoff process by providing detailed specifications and assets to development teams.
- Continuously improve product usability by analyzing user feedback, usage data, and industry best practices.
- Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and industry standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to cross-functional team collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile and web applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and responsive web design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience designing responsive layouts and component-based UI.
- Familiar with design handoff processes and collaboration with development teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
- Willing to work under a contract basis and Work From Office (WFO) in Jakarta.
