- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities for the installation, repair, renovation, or construction of air conditioning systems.
- Review and study project specifications, including system designs, customer requirements, and performance quality standards.
- Prepare, develop, and provide drawings, designs, and technical documentation for air conditioning projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure proper execution in accordance with project plans, timelines, and safety standards.
- Analyze on-site issues, providing efficient solutions or alternative approaches to maintain project continuity.
- Review designs, specifications, and scheduling changes, offering recommendations to improve project outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams, providing technical support and ensuring client requirements are met.
- Communicate new changes or specifications to the team, adapting workflows to align with client expectations and project timelines.
- Write reports and evaluations to maintain transparency and document project milestones.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in room air conditioning is an advantage but not required.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, system designs, and HVAC materials.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Taytay Rizal.
