The Procurement Manager leads strategic sourcing, commercial vendor negotiations, purchasing workflows, and supplier governance to secure optimal pricing, quality, and payment terms. You will direct purchasing operations and align vendor contracts with corporate working capital targets..

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing, vendor selection, and price negotiations across pharmaceutical distributors, medical equipment vendors, and corporate service providers.
- Negotiate favorable supplier payment terms (60–90 days) to align purchasing schedules with company working capital targets.
- Govern purchase order (PO) workflows, enforcing purchase approval matrices and three-way matching protocols with Accounts Payable.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics, including lead times, delivery fulfillment rates, batch expiration windows, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Supervise purchasing officers, standardizing procurement workflows, and partnering with pharmacy teams to prevent inventory leakage and clinical stockouts.

Application Process
Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress:
Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. Afterwards, results are shared in one to three business days.
Step 2: Qualified candidates attend a full-day onsite evaluation. Progression depends on performance at each stage. HR will notify you if your evaluation concludes early. Please arrive at the venue between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The detailed schedule is as follows:
Initial Assessment
- 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment in 30-minute Batches
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
Supplementary Assessment (as needed)
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: CEO Forum
Step 3: Final review and background checks occur within three business days. Additional interviews may be requested.
Step 4: Receive final results within five to seven business days.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and procurement operations within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, retail distribution, or fast-paced logistics.
- Proven track record in commercial contract negotiation, supplier management, and enterprise procurement systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
