Key Responsibilities

• Define the long-term technical vision and architecture to ensure the scalability and resilience of our digitally-enabled healthcare platform.
• Architect and govern an enterprise-wide cybersecurity and data privacy framework to safeguard sensitive patient information.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies (AI, automation, advanced analytics) to optimize service delivery.
• Direct IT governance and budgeting, ensuring that technology investments provide maximum ROI and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the engineering leadership to establish high standards for software development lifecycles (SDLC) and systems reliability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-12 years of experience in IT leadership, software architecture, or systems engineering.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, data security standards, and enterprise digital transformation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing technical teams.
• Must work onsite in Makati City.
