Key Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise-wide clinical governance framework and medical ethical standards for all telehealth and clinic operations.
• Lead the development of evidence-based medical protocols and specialized patient programs in collaboration with pharma partners.
• Oversee the Medical Advisory Board and represent the company in high-level medical forums and regulatory discussions with the DOH and PRC.
• Architect the clinical data strategy to track and improve long-term health outcomes and population health trends for patients.
• Drive the medical innovation roadmap, identifying new therapeutic areas and digital interventions to expand our service portfolio.

• Registered Physician with an active PRC license.
• 6-12 years of experience in clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or public health strategy.
• Strong background in clinical research, health informatics, or medical governance.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to bridge clinical needs with business objectives.
• Must work onsite in Makati City.
