The IT Manager leads the daily operations of the IT team, driving technical execution and ensuring system uptime. This role is crucial for providing hands-on technical guidance and managing the internal support systems that allow our clinicians and staff to serve patients without interruption.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily IT operations, including network stability, hardware maintenance, and helpdesk support for all staff
- Manage the deployment and configuration of company hardware and software to ensure operational readiness across all departments
- Guarantee system security by overseeing regular backups, software updates, and adherence to internal data privacy policies
- Lead the implementation of technical standard operating procedures to improve hardware lifecycle management and team efficiency
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and procurement of equipment

Application Process
Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress:
Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. Results are shared in one to three business days.
Step 2: Qualified candidates attend a full-day onsite evaluation. Please arrive at the venue between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The detailed schedule is as follows:
Initial Assessment
- 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM: Batch 1: Onsite Assessment
- 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Batch 2: Onsite Assessment
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Batch 3: Onsite Assessment
- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Batch 4: Onsite Assessment
- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Batch 5: Onsite Assessment
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
Supplementary Assessment (as needed)
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: CEO Forum
Note: Progression depends on performance at each stage. HR will notify you if your evaluation concludes early.
Step 3: Final review and background checks occur within three business days. Additional interviews may be requested.
Step 4: Receive final results within five to seven business days.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT supervisory or management role
- Strong proficiency in network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and Google Workspace management
- Proven ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple operational tickets and projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
