The Mental Health Professional | MD directly supports the mental health needs of patients through individual and group consultations and holistic interventions. You will operate within a corporate setting to provide both face-to-face and telehealth support, ensuring that mental health services are accessible and effectively integrated into the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the mental and emotional well-being of patients through regular wellness check-ins and individual clinical consultations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans and psychological interventions in coordination with the Mental Health team.
• Facilitate group sessions and seminars on various topics related to well-being to foster a proactive mental health culture.
• Manage patient triaging and de-escalate high-risk or emergency cases effectively via face-to-face or telehealth channels.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field. degree in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, or Psychology.
• Registered Physician and Board-Certified Psychiatrist with an active PRC license.
• At least 2 years of professional practice experience after obtaining PRC licensure.
• Minimum of 300 direct individual clinical practice hours.
• Ability to work a shifting schedule in Makati to support 24/7 operations.
