The Senior HR Manager will lead our Human Resources team, developing and executing strategies that support our company's rapid growth and mission-driven culture. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping our people operations, ensuring we build a high-performing team dedicated to improving healthcare for Filipinos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, including compensation and benefits frameworks, that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with fiscal regulations.
  • Lead the talent acquisition and retention strategy to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent through competitive market positioning.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and tax regulations, recommending best practices for payroll and employee relations.
  • Mentor and develop the HR team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Application Process

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress through the following steps:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. You will receive your results within one to three business days.

Step 2: If you pass the initial assessment, you will be invited to a full-day onsite evaluation. The schedule is as follows:

  • 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment
  • 10:00 AM -12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
  • 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
  • 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: CEO Forum

Note: Progression through the day depends on your performance at each stage. If your evaluation concludes earlier than scheduled, an HR representative will notify you immediately.

Step 3: Undergo a final review and background check within three business days of the onsite visit. Participate in additional online interviews if required during this period.

Step 4: Receive final results once the review is complete, typically within five to seven business days.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
