Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Lead the talent acquisition and retention strategy to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across all departments.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management systems, and engagement programs to foster a high-performance and positive culture.
• Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, recommending best practices to maintain a fair and ethical workplace.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and HR best practices
• Demonstrated leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
