The Finance Manager leads the daily operations of the Finance team, driving financial strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Finance team activities to ensure accurate execution of accounts payable and receivable

• Analyze monthly financial statements of business units to provide insights into departmental performance

• Guarantee compliance with BIR rulings by overseeing the preparation and timely filing of all tax requirements

• Lead the implementation of standard operating procedures to improve financial controls and team efficiency

• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements to ensure all records are compliant and audit-ready

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role, with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong proficiency in tax compliance, financial reporting, and team management
• Must be able to work onsite in Makati City.
