The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the daily execution and monitoring of our supply chain operations. This role focuses on ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders, coordinating with partners, and contributing to process improvements to enhance our service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations related to order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and assist in the implementation of these enhancements.
• Address, investigate, and resolve day-to-day operational concerns and escalations.
• Monitor and manage operational databases and track key performance indicators to support data-driven decisions.
