The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for MedGrocer. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset to oversee business development initiatives, manage key partnerships, and guide a team in developing and enhancing our services. You will be instrumental in creating and executing strategies that significantly expand our impact on Philippine healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team to identify and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies by analyzing market trends, operational data, and cross-functional team insights.
- Oversee the end-to-end development of new services and initiatives, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and resolving operational concerns.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and heads of various departments, including customer experience and account management, to ensure strategic alignment and seamless integration of new partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading projects or mentoring team members
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
