The Operations Analyst assists with the daily operations of MedGrocer. They coordinate with different teams to ensure the best patient experience by using data analytics and process improvement to enhance our services and drive better population health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Use healthcare data analytics to drive operational decision-making.
• Identify and implement improvements for operational and patient-facing processes.
• Support daily customer service operations, aligning with marketing and health campaigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform operational strategy.
• Utilize IT systems for data analysis to improve population health outcomes
