The Mental Health Counselor facilitates programs to improve the mental health and well-being of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that consultations and psychotherapy are aligned with MedGrocer’s scheduling system and teleconsultation protocols
• Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging and escalations, and develop holistic mental health interventions for clients
• Coordinate with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist in other requests related to the mental health program
• Assess clients’ mental and emotional well-being through wellness check-ins and emergency handling
• Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems

• Currently taking a Master’s degree in Psychology;
• Willingness to work from home during the mid-day shift;
• Proficient in computer applications such as Google Workspace
• Preferably has a background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs
